Artist Statement
My practice centers on feminine embodiment, cyclical wisdom, and the reclamation of the body through sculptural and symbolic work. Drawing from contemporary feminist discourse, I create objects and forms that honor the feminine as sacred, intuitive, and powerful. My work explores themes of ritual, liberation, sensuality, and self-recognition, inviting viewers to reconsider their relationship with the body and its inherent wisdom.
Using a combination of body casting, sculptural techniques, and functional art forms, I transform intimate shapes and symbols into pieces that exist between artifact and altar. These works function as visual affirmations—challenging cultural narratives of shame and silence while offering space for reverence, reflection, and healing.
Through intentional materials and process, I prioritize presence and care, viewing each piece as an act of witnessing. Ultimately, my work seeks to create spaces—both physical and emotional—where the body is honored and made visible without apology.
